The staff was welcoming and sweet (pun intended) I ordered two cookies: Carmelita and Fried Ice Cream. I am not a fan of coconut flakes, I asked if I could have my cookie it, and they obliged. Both cookies were thick, golden-baked stuffed cookie with crisp, buttery edges that give way to a perfectly gooey center. The outside has just the right crunch, while the warm filling melts into every bite for a good balance of texture and decadence.
